Data protection declaration

Company HAMM AG takes the protection of personal data very seriously. Our online offer is subject to the stipulations of the German data protection act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz BDSG).

Personal data

Personal data is information, which can be used to find out your identity: e.g. name, address, postal address, and telephone number.

Information that is not related to your identity (e.g. favourite web pages or number of user of a page) is not included.

You can use our online offer without publication of your identity.

If you are interested in our used machines or in information to our rollers, we will ask for your name and other personal data. It is subsequent to your free decision if you enter the data.

We will save your data here in our company. The access to the data is only possible for a few specially authorized persons in charge of the technical carrying out of orders or demands.

In conjunction with your access, data for statistical purposes is saved on our servers, which possibly allow identification (e.g. IP-address, date, time and regarded pages). There is no personal utilisation. The statistical analysis of anonymous records remains reserved.

Transmission of personal data to third persons

In case of leaflet orders and demands to used machines, your personal data is only used within HAMM AG. We do not transmit data to third persons without your explicit agreement. We will transmit your data to authorized offices, as far as we are obliged to legally or per court decision.

Right to withdrawal

If you have left personal data with us, you can delete it at any time. Data for balancing and bookkeeping purposes is not concerned with a deletion.

You can delete your personal data by informing us with the remark "delete my personal data" to the following e-mail address: datenschutz@hamm.eu .

Use of Cookies

A use of our online offer is possible without Cookies.

Most browsers are adjusted in a way that they accept Cookies automatically. However, you can deactivate the saving of Cookies or you can adjust your Browser so that you will be informed as soon as Cookies are sent.
