The 48 km long Inner Ring Road, was opened for traffic in 1994. Now, after 14 years in operation, some sections needed maintenance. The Shanghai Chengji Municipal Company was awarded for this contract. As this is a highly frequented road, the work mainly had to be carried out during night time. Each night a section of approx. 1.200 sqm was to be repaired.
